INTENTIONAL LIVING

THE MORE YOU KNOW. THE LESS YOU USE.

Living a low-toxic life is the process of minimizing the number of toxins you come into contact with on a daily basis.

"The more you know" refers to increasing our knowledge and understanding of toxic substances, their sources, and their effects on our health and the environment. By being aware of the potential risks associated with these substances, we can make more informed choices.

"The less you use" suggests that once we are aware of the potential toxicity of certain products or materials, we can minimize our exposure to them. It encourages us to reduce our dependence on harmful chemicals by seeking out alternative, non-toxic options.

Overall, toxic-free living promotes a conscious and responsible approach to our choices, aiming to minimize our exposure to harmful substances. By understanding the potential risks and actively seeking alternatives, we can create a healthier and safer environment for ourselves and future generations.

ABOUT MY BLOG

With Intentional, readers can be educated on making informed decisions about their health while discovering the best way to live intentionally.

I am not certified in anything (not a certified health coach, doctor, etc.). The only thing I am certified in is my experience (which is subjective). I have experienced health problems that Western doctors can’t seem to cure. Like similar stories, I took matters into my own hands and started to be more intentional with my life, which, in turn, made me become a healthier person.

As a result i want to educate people to make more informed decision about their health.
